I can’t be contented with yesterday’s glory,
I can’t live on promises winter to spring,
Today is my moment, now is my story.
I’ll laugh and I’ll cry and I’ll sing.

A Little Bit About Me..
Hi. A few words about me to start this off. I’ve had many hats in my nearly 8 decades on this world. Some of them were good fits, some not so much. Let’s see, one hat was where my Air Force pilot hung his, then I added a many-sided mommy one to launch 5 young people in the world. The business manager one was too tight and caused headaches, so I hung it up. Next was a glorious one with flowers and feathers as I taught Latin and World History to mostly receptive teens. Convincing them to write a factual and concise answer to open-ended questions was a challenge, since they often didn’t see the need to include any facts. As each one learned to do that, I added sequins.
Now that I’m a retired widow, I have dusted off my folders bulging with unfinished stories, and I’m serious about getting them into shape for readers. I love reading romance stories of all kinds, sweet to erotica, historical to sci-fi, and everything in between.
My first book, Vagrius, is about a Roman gladiator who is sent to the modern world to capture some time-traveling criminals who prey on those corridors (kinda like the old highwaymen).
Corey, a smart and lovely teacher, helps him adjust to 21st century Philadelphia and the Jersey shore.
Will Vagrius capture the thugs and discover who ruined his life? Will he be able to stay in the 21st? Will he want to? Will Corey chance falling in love with an ancient Roman?
We’ll discuss these ideas and many more. So come back often and join the discussion.
PS. I grew up in southern Jersey, attended college in Pa., and have lived in Baltimore, MD; Orlando, FL; O’Fallon, IL; and currently call the Wasatch Mountains home.
